Soil Crystallization Technology
Brush & Bonnet Pro's Choice STAY CLEAN products are the cutting edge of soil crystallization technology for professional cleaners. Stay Clean "Brush & Bonnet" is designed to be used for (spray and brush) and (bonnet cleaning) procedures. Dilution: Use a dilution ratio of 16 to 1 (that's 1 cup per gallon of water). Application: Thoroughly vacuum area to be cleaned. Spray and Brush procedure: "Brush & Bonnet" may be applied using a rotary shampoo machine or using a pump type sprayer. Apply solution to carpet evenly then brush carpet to emulsify soil. Allow carpet to dry completely then vacuum carpet thoroughly to remove encapsulated soil. Bonnet Extraction cleaning procedure: Work in sections of approximately 100 square feet (10 x 10). Using a pump sprayer evenly apply solution to the area. With a rotary "dry cotton" bonnet buff the area to extract the soil and solution into the bonnet. Any residual that remains will dry to a non-sticky crystal, which will be removed during normal vacuuming. Wet Bonnet procedure: submerge cotton bonnet in Brush and Bonnet solution. Wring well and buff carpet surface in overlapping pattern. Rinse and wring bonnet frequently.
SCR Pro's Choice STAY CLEAN products are the cutting edge of soil crystallization technology for professional cleaners. STAY CLEAN "SCR" (Soil Crystallizing Rinse) incorporates rinsing and enrittling agents to: 1. Rinse away soil. 2.Encapsulate residues into a brittle non-sticky crystal that is removed during vacuuming. This leaves nearly virgin, soil free fiber that resists re-soiling very much as it did when new. Usage: Use a dilute solution of SCR as your final hot water carpet extraction solution. Dilution: For truck mounts dilute 1 quarts Rinse and Finish into 5 gallons water for concentrate. Set your chemical feed flow rate according to soil load (4 to 6 GPH). For portable extractors dilute 1 ounce of SCR per gallon of water.
ARA is designed to prevent rapid resoiling of fibers by drying sticky residues into a fine non-sticky powder that vacuums easily. Rapid resoiling is usually caused by a sticky substance or dirt that wicks up after a carpet has been cleaned. ARA acts as a drying agent that changes these sticky substances to dust that will not attract dirt and can be vacuumed away.
