Mosmatic Rotor Arms
The turbo rotor arm, in conjunction with a swivel, begins to turn on its own from the water pressure. This product is found mainly in automatic car wash facilities in the area of rim and finish cleaning.
Welded by a robot (w-style)
The turbo rotor arms must withstand many revolutions per minute depending on their use. For this reason, a precision robot carries out the necessary welding tasks. The rotor arms are also counterbalanced and equilibrated. This prevents dangerous vibrations and ensures that the arms are absolutely still when in operation.
Light and robust (w-style)
The narrow diameter of the installed tubes makes the rotor lighter than regular models. The nozzle holders are extremely robust thanks to the precise welding seams made by a robot.
The champion among rotor arms. This design is chosen most often. Its shallow installation depth of just 0.8" measured from the nozzle connection to the rotary union connection is one of its strongest advantages. It features a fixed yet optimally set spray angle.
A classic and somewhat older design with an installation depth of 2.3" measured from the nozzle connection to the rotary union connection and a fixed spray angle.
The f-style is similar to the h-style in its construction. The difference between them lies in its shallower installation depth of 1" measured from the nozzle connection to the rotary union connection.
This design features nozzle heads that can be adjusted, allowing a higher rotation speed depending on the angle chosen. It has an installation depth of 1.1" measured from the nozzle connection to the rotary union connection.
2-4 rotor arms
The standard range includes rotor arms with two, three or four arms and up to five nozzle outlets. Additional variations upon request.
Mosmatic rotor arms come in many lengths. Standard lengths are 4" up to 24". Additional variations upon request.
